1. Delivery methods

1.2. Delivery by courier, delivery price may vary depends on destination.

1.3. If you buy furniture that weighs more than 25 kg (chairs, armchairs, coffee tables etc.) and you need a additional carrying service, contact us by e-mail: info@yesdesign.lt or tel.: +370 688 76 755 or +370 604 10 444.

2. General delivery information

2.1. The goods are delivered by the seller in Lithuania and EU. The Buyers from other countries, please contact us by e-mail: info@yesdesign.lt or tel.: +370 688 76 755 or +370 604 10 444 before placing your order.

2.2. The buyer, who has selected the delivery service at the time of the order, undertakes to specify the exact delivery address, the zip code, to specify the exact contact phone number and other additional information.

2.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer does not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.

2.4. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods on the next day after receiving the notification that the shipment will be delivered to him. In the absence of the Buyer, it shall be repeatedly transported. The Seller is entitled to charge the Buyer for repeated delivery if the additional costs are incurred by these presentations.

2.5. The goods are delivered by the Seller, the Seller’s authorized representative (courier).

2.6. If the buyer notices damage to the package during delivery, he must indicate the comments in the package delivery document provided by the courier or write a separate document regarding these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If such actions are not taken, the Seller is released from responsibility towards the Buyer for product damage related to packaging damage, which the Buyer did not note in the courier’s delivery document.

2.7. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

2.8. The Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified in the Product Descriptions. If goods with different delivery times are ordered in one order, then the longer delivery time is applied to the entire order. If you want the goods selected by you with different deadlines to be delivered at different order deadlines during one shopping trip, please make separate orders.

2.9. In exceptional cases, delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. In this case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate the terms of delivery of the goods.

2.10. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is delivered in damaged or otherwise damaged packaging, if the shipment contains unordered goods or the wrong amount of them, incomplete product assembly.

2.11. The Buyer cannot, at his discretion, change the delivery address of the goods after the shipment has been shipped. If the place of delivery is changed by personal agreement with the courier or other delivery service, the Seller is not responsible for meeting the delivery deadline and has the right to additionally charge the Buyer for the additional costs incurred due to the arbitrary change of the customer’s delivery address while the package has been sent. The incurred costs can be covered by issuing an additional invoice to the Buyer, or deducted from the amount of returned goods.

3. Return rules

3.1. Return of quality goods
Goods of suitable quality are exchanged and returned in the cases and conditions set forth in Articles 6.362 and 6.363 of the Civil Code, as well as in accordance with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania’s 2014 July 22 “Retail Trade Rules” approved by Resolution No. 738.

3.2. The quality goods can be returned within 14 days, if:
• the returned item is in its original, neat packaging;
• the product is unused and undamaged;
• the product has not lost its commercial appearance (labels are intact, protective covers are not torn off
films, bags, etc.);
• the returned item is complete with all the documentation attached by the manufacturer;
• when returning the product, the document of its purchase is presented;
• the customer is responsible for the transportation costs of the product.

3.3. The quality goods cannot be returned, if:
• goods that were produced according to the Buyer’s individual order or are obviously adapted to him, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned to the Buyer due to the loss (loss) of their commercial properties, are perishable or expire;
• the seller is not obliged to satisfy the user’s request to exchange or return goods purchased in the e-store, which are included in Clause 17 of the Retail Trade Rules:
– 17.4. printed books, reproductions and other articles of the printing industry (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature – 4901-4911);
– 17.5. fabrics (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature – 5007, 5111-5113, 5208-5212, 5309, 5310, 5311, 5407-5408, 5512-5516);
– 17.6. carpet floor covering, except for carpets and rugs (codes according to Combined nomenclature – 5701-5705.00);
– 17.21. furniture, bedding, lamps (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature – 9401-9406);
– 17.22. toys, games, except sports and fishing equipment (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature – 9503-9505, 9508);
– 17.23. works of art, collectibles and antiques (codes according to Combined nomenclature – 9701-9706).

3.4. Return of the item after purchasing a defective one
Return of the product after purchasing a low-quality product and in other cases, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Article 6.363, Paragraph 7) and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (2014-07-22) on the approval of retail trade rules and the Retail Trade Rules themselves. In the event that the reason for returning the product is the purchase of a product of inappropriate quality, we undertake to replace the product of inappropriate quality with a product of suitable quality at our own expense or return the money paid for the product, when the product is of inadequate quality due to the fault of the manufacturer, i.e. there are no violations, damages, unaltered parts of the buyer’s improper use, the serial number of the purchased and returned goods matches and other conditions specified in the code.

3.5. The process of returning the item
A non-custom made product can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, by first informing us via email at info@yesdesign.lt.  Only after receiving information from an employee of the company, the Buyer can make a return through a courier or take the goods to the company’s headquarters. Refunds are made within 14 working days. If the purchased item is of poor quality, it will be exchanged for a similar quality item after informing the customer service department by e-mail info@yesdesign.lt within 7 working days of receiving the item. In the event that the Seller does not have suitable or high-quality goods or the Buyer does not want these goods, he returns the money paid for the goods to the Buyer.

4. Product guarantee

4.1. Pursuant to Article 6.364 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the seller is responsible to the consumer for any non compliance with the quality requirements of the goods (including goods with digital elements) at the time of delivery of the goods and which became apparent no later than two years after the delivery of the goods (warranty according to the law).
